Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026. BedrockCX is operated by Way Labs LLC ("we").
What we collect
When a brand connects its Faire account to BedrockCX, Faire gives us an access token and the brand's profile. Through that connection we read and update the brand's products, inventory, orders, shipments and the retailer details on those orders, only as needed to run the brand's catalog, inventory and fulfillment in BedrockCX.
How we use it
- To sync products, prices and inventory between BedrockCX and Faire.
- To receive orders, fulfill them and send tracking back to Faire.
We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers that host BedrockCX (Vercel and Supabase), who process it on our behalf.
Security and retention
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers and are never sent to a browser. A brand can disconnect at any time from its Faire settings or by emailing us; we then revoke the token and delete it, and we delete the brand's Faire data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep order records longer.
